Kathleen Pearson's Background
Kathleen Pearson is a professional business organizer and owner of
Administrative Resources LLC, an Ellison Bay, Wisconsin firm she
launched in 2005 to build on her values, skills and success.
Before starting Administrative Resources, Kathleen garnered over 35
years of office administration, project management and
communication experience.
Most recently, she worked as an office manager for four years at
Kerber, Rose & Associates, SC, in Sister Bay, WI, where she
developed office procedures, managed supply inventory, handled
administrative duties and purchased office equipment. Further
responsibilities included supervision of human resources and
employee benefits, including co-writing of job descriptions and
employee manual.
As owner of PRO Office Services for four years in Sister Bay, she
provided administrative support, event planning, database/
membership management and newsletter design to individuals,
businesses and non-profit groups. In addition, Kathleen managed all
areas of business operations including advertising, design of logo,
marketing materials, and website design. She coordinated multiple
projects and created time-saving procedures for clients enabling them
to become better organized and more functional.
She also served as a licensed customer service representative for
Thomas/Pfeifer Insurance Agency in Sister Bay which included sales
and maintenance of home, auto, and health insurance.
Kathleen is a member of The National Association of Professional
Organizers, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
