KP: Administrative Resources is an answer for businesses and
organizations who want to be more effective. Building on my
experience, skills and values, I assist organizations with a workplace
makeover of sorts or manage a project or business-related event.

Q: How did you get the idea for Administrative Resources LLC?
KP: I see small businesses who really only deal with what is in front
of them. The owners have no time for the administrative side. They
waste so much time looking for records, files and phone numbers
when they could be spending that time taking care of their customers
or clients.
Q: What type of businesses do you help?
KP: I work with Door County and Northeast Wisconsin small
businesses which can include accounting and architectural firms as
well as law offices, insurance agencies, artists, nonprofits, building
contractors and other professional businesses and organizations.

KP: First, I learn what your needs are and how you work best. I
want to know how you envision your business and spending your
time. And I’ll want to know what reality is like. Then, I recommend
ways to streamline an office or establish it from the get go.
For some, I may create a new system for managing paper and
electronic files. For others, I will research insurance benefit plans,
write job descriptions, or design a basic website. My services run the
gamut.
